The hotel Rodina is in central Sofia close to the national palace of Culture. Bus and tram links are close by. Rooms are adequately furnished in oranges and browns with white walls and brown woodwork. Although they are rather old fashioned, they are clean and functional. The rooms are average in size and in a fair condition. Bathrooms are simple but adequate. The Panorama restaurant on the top floor provides international cuisine. The Chinese restaurant is known throughout Sofia for the quality of its cuisine.
